I am recieving error 12002 when trying to access the 'Dance' section of the iTunes store. Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone suggest a way to fix it?

(this is actually a copy/paste of my reply to another thread of similar problem).
i am having this error message whenever i access 'music' and 'app store' menus in itunes store homepage. what's interesting in my case is i have no problem with the other menu (movies, books, podcasts and itunes u), or if i tried to access music and app store from the links at the bottom of the itunes stores (the 'explore' section).
so far i have tried the following solutions with no success:
1. keychain first aid - no problem found.
2. switch off then switch on wifi (the router and my macbook air) - does nothing.
3. log out of itunes. wait a few hours. log in again - does nothing.
the only one thing i tried with partial success is the reset my itunes store cache (under itunes > preferences > advanced). i can now access both 'music' and 'app store' menus but still with very frequent intermittent 12002 error.
anyone with a better solution or know the root cause of this error. appreciate if you would post.
I've been encountering the same error for several days now. I followed exactly what sflu had suggested (reset my itunes cashe store) and thanks to sflu i can now access "music", "apps store" and "movies".
Thank you very much. It works for me.
