I was on google on my phone looking up albums. I clicked a link that opened up the iTunes Store. It had a message, saying that it was for a certain country only, and had an option to change stores to see it. I clicked 'change' because I thought I could change back. Now I'm stuck in a European store, and can't change back because my account has US currency on it, so I can't spend it. What do I do?

You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.
