Serious Problem on iOS 6.1.2 with vodafone 3G (Greece)

iOS 6.1.2 simply solves a Microsoft Exchange problem.

same here in Malaysia. Also using iphone 5.

I have a IPHONE 5 64 GB, and came with version 6.0, as updated to 6.1 the 3G signal TIM in Brazil stopped working, same problem reported with VODAFONE. When they started talking about this issue should have updated all versions, not just for the IPHONE 4S. I upgraded my iphone to version 6.1.2 and the problem continues. Can not connect to 3G signal only on EDGE. I have a Blackberry that takes place on the same 3G signal.

APPLE have to solve it as soon as possible. It is impossible to use such a device without 3G signal.

I already restored the network, the device restored, did all the procedures that the telephone company TIM guided me, but they claim it is the fault of APPLE.

I am using i phone5,When i was using ios6.0 ,i could able to connect 3G easily.But when i updated to ios6.I.1 I could not able to connect 3g network,,,,,even i toggle 3g switch in mobild data.Alwys Edge network only getting connected.Rarely 3G networ,

If i update to ios6.1.2...will it solve this issue...

or downgradation to ios6.0 possible ?how..

if you are having problem with your 3g, you might want to try to toggle off automatic selection on your network. wait until your carrier appears then select it. turn on and off the airplane mode after being connected again to your actual carrier. that's it. repeat the process if you began to be disconnected on 3g

I am in Vietnam using Viettel Carrier and I have the same problem with my Iphone 4S. Turned 3G on, and no more network signal (Searching and then No Service). Turned off 3G, Netwwork is back, but with Edge only ("E"). I tried other Carriers Mobifone and Vinaphone SIM in, the same happened. It is definitely IOS 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 bugs.

In short, no more 3G for my Iphone 4S since Apple released 6.1.1. I never see this "3G" letter back to my Iphone 4S. What worth an Iphone without 3G? Apple should rectìy ASAP.

I realise 3G will on by itself after awhile if u keep the toggle on. But if i dont turn on my 3G, my edge wont receive any data, as if i dont have internet at all without 3G. Wonder when is apple gonna fix this. even the 3G is slow as ****. 😕

It is not possible to downgrade to lower iOS once you have upgraded.

Matter needs to be taken up with your Carrier, who in turn will take it further with Apple.

you may want to try this. go to settings-carrier then turn off automatic. wait until the search showed up all the carriers available. then select the carrier of your sim card. reboot your device after that. if not still working, do the process again now with your cellular data all turned on. off the carrier, manually select your network, toggle on/off airplane mode then reboot.

the carrier you have might update their settings soon as i believe they would to support the updates of apple. as happened in mine after the update of my carrier now my 3g is working fine. i guess this happens to the carrier that doesnt support LTE yet and to the devices that has incompatibilities with the band for LTE.

Had same problemd today after upgrading to 6.1.2 on Vodafone NL. 3G speed dropped to 1/10th of previous speed. What worked for me was resetting the network settings on the iPhone to factory defaults. Speed went up from about 500 kbps to 5-6 Mbps according to speedtest app. Results:
