Is Mac Address Book already on my MacBook Pro (purchased Nov. 2012) or is it an App. I need to purchase and add?

I am trying to create an email group and am new to the mac world. Everything I see points me to the Address Book, but I can not seem to find it on my MacBook Pro. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

It's called Contacts in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion but it's basically the same.

Thanks for the help. Articles I found all referred to the Address Book and not Contacts...just trying to create some emails lists instead of typing each one, each time. Thanks again.
