Hello, AirJarvis. I had a similar issue with iOs 6.1.1 there was no audio from speakers. Since I use the iPhone on the car (via USB) I assumed it was the system thinking I still had the phone plugged into the car cable. Try to plug and unplug the connector on the iphone, if it still doesn't work after it, try to blow (hard) the connector pins on the iPhone, give it a reboot and it should be fine. Good luck with that mate 🙂

Your not only one mate mine is exactly same, iv booked an appointment at apple store but can't see me till nxt Wednesday lol my ipad needs updating to the IOS 6.1.2 but scared to do in now! I'm ****** off as I watch a lot of videos on my phone. Keep me informed if u here anything please. And what others are saying about cleaning the pins in dock slot, iv tried that at least 5 times over last few days plus iv even reset mobile and restored 3 times. This is a serious technical fault of apples

Thank you for the reponses... GOOD News! My volume issue has been resolved. Played with my phone all day... tried plugging in power and headphones, unplugging (maybe 100 times, lol), rebooting the phone and issue persisted.

Then tried this...was listening to TuneIn Radio, without closing, pausing or stopping the stream, I unplugged the headphones and the missing volume slider re-appeared, paused, but visible. Pressed play and it worked. LOL

Checked Music, Video and yes...Angry Birds...now the volume slider appears as if nothing was ever wrong. Hmmmm. Scratching head but happy volume in now working.
