Hello,
The podcast I've submitted to iTunes a while ago is updating and plays when linked to the iTunes website. However, in the iTunes application, it is greyed out. Subscribing and downloading is disabled.
Our website has recently switched servers, so that may play a part, but we're not sure.

It works perfectly well for me. Your Store page is at
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/beefjack-podcasts/id591783592?mt=2
and it shows today's episode. When subscribing from the link there the podcast appears and today's episode starts to download.
If you are unable to subscribe it would seem to be a problem on your computer. Can you try it on another computer? - preferably one using a different internet connection if you can.
Edit: while downloading I got an error message that the download was interrupted - I was able to resume it but then got a similar issue. So it looks as if there may be an intermittent problem with your server and you will need to take it up with the people running it.
