Apple Care

So I have an iPhone 4s that i bought about 10 months ago with apple care, and I was wondering if the apple care is now void because the iPhone 5 came out a couple months ago, or if I can still get a replacement if something happens? Thanks!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

No, your AppleCare is still valid. The release of a new model does not affect anything.

Apple care is strictly related to your device and not deleted if a new harware comes out.

If during you Apple Care your device is elegible to be replaced it will be replaced with the same model if still avaliable. If no more avaliable it will be replace dwith a new model. Free of charge or with different charge will depend on the exact Apple Care rules which will applt to your contract, which you can find online, if you check with your Serial number.
