Help

I manage both my Ipod and my hubby's on my computer -- everytime I want to go in to add new music it says I have to restore both Ipods, I do this, they ask me to do it again and again. I have even reset both Ipods and itunes still wants to recover them?

What can I do to remedy this situation?
