want to increase limit for creating itunes ids

Can i increase the limit for creating the itunes ids as it restrict me to 3.
itunes-OTHER, Windows 7

Yes it’s about iTunes store.
First I go to iTunes store than select "app store" and than under it select "Great free IPad application" than i select one of the application and click on "free", than new screen pop where I can create new id.
I can only create 3 ids days per day and when i try to create 4th it says please contact ITunes store for this transaction.
Could you please help me as i need to create upto 10 ids per day.

Ok, didn't understand just what you wanted to do...question is, why do you want so many IDs? All apps are tied to the ID used to download so you have to remember every ID you have used and the apps downloaded with those IDs...otherwise you will not be able to update the apps. I am afraid there is nothing to do about the ID limiit in the store.
If you have a specific need, such as an enterprise use, you might try contacting Apple through the ExpressLane and see if they can make a special arrangement - https://expresslane.apple.com and try iTunes and iTunes Store.
