Bootcamp issue

I was using bootcamp and it said I needed to

Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I tryed using disk utility and it was formatted as a single mac os extended (journaled)

I tryed using disk utility to restore my information

But, It said it could not do the task.

So i used carbon copy cloner

it worked and I have my data on the external drive.

But when I tryed to reopen bootcamp (like it said to)

It said the same message

I have no Idea what to do and I have already wasted around 6 hours putting my data onto the external harddrive....
