HI I HAVE JUST HAD AN UPGRADE BUT WISH TO UNLOCK IT EE WONT UNLOCK IT FOR 6 MONTHS CAN I GET IT UNLOCKED MYSELF

Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can unlock it.

Contact them, find out if they offer the service, what their requirements are, and if you meet those requirements.
