Sorry no version of Microsoft windows will run a PPC Mac natively.
They only way to run windows is using Virtual PC within Mac OSX
You could get a copy of Soft Windows 98 and run it on the Mac under OS 8 or 9. I have a 2004 iBook G4 (OS X 10.4.11) on which I have installed Real PC/Windows 95 which works well but slowly in Classic Mode.

Or as Knucklesmac advised go with Virtual PC on Mac OS X . If you do stick with version 6 as version 7 was full of bugs. I see this offered on eBay sometimes.
Some more emulators.
Why, why, why? 😕
No version of Windows will run on it. Ever. Ever. Well not natively, anyway. Windows 98 is also far inferior to OS X, not blind Apple love but truth. Any modern OS is superior, and OS X is a lot more modern than Windows 98.
