Bonjour browser doesn't see services

I am troubleshooting an issue connecting with the iPhone Remote app and have narrowed down the issue to Bonjour. The Bonjour service is up and running on my Windows XP SP3 machine. However when I use any Bonjour Browser app on my phone, other computers or even the XP machine itself it doesn't locate any Bonjour services like DACP etc. How to troubleshoot this?
