iOS 6.1.2 Battery Drain on iPhone 5!

Updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.2 a few hours ago, and I feel that my iPhone 5's battery life has gotten ALOT worse than when it was on iOS 6.1.1 (although battery life was pretty bad there too). Phone was 100% after a full battery charge, 95% after recieving a 3minute call (WiFi & cellular off). Played Subway Surfers for a few minutes, battery went down from 95% to 89%. Phone is now currently on 71% with ---- USAGE: 35 minutes STANDBY: 1hour

-NOTIFICATIONS / PUSH NOTIFICATIONS ARE ALL OFF EXCEPT FOR MESSAGING AND PHONE CALLS

-iCLOUD OFF

-BRIGHTNESS AT ITS LOWEST

-NO ACCOUNTS SYNCED ON MAIL

Also, phone is a bit warm. This hasn't happened with the previous iOS updates. I updated through iTunes by the way.

after updating my iPhone 5 to ios 6.1.2 battery consumption is quite a bit worse is it possible that with each update instead of improving the performance of the battery instead of the worst, I ask the Apple to provide as soon as possible to resolve this battery problem since after the firmware update can no longer return to the previous ios version. Thank you and hope for the best ......

I am going to make it as brief as possible my 1 month experience with my brand new Iphone 5

-Januarry 11 - I purchase the Iphone 5

-First day the phone battery lasted on stand by for more than 24 hours

-Second day, I upgraded the software for IOS 6.1

-Battery issies begun. Battery on stand by last 4 - 6 hours

-I took the Iphone to Apple Store, they say everything is OK, that I had too many apps or that I should have make the restoration process from "New Iphone" instead backing up.

-I do the New Iphone thing and the battery now lasts more than 24 hours on Stand By

-Then Comes 6.1.1

-Battery drain problems are back

-Restoring the Iphone as NEW does not works this time. I have to charge 3 times a day my Iphone 5

-Yesterday 6.1.2 addressing to fix this bug

-I do the upgrade. Worst than before, battery drains 10% in 10 Minutes in Stand by!!

-I cant make the battery to fully charge to 100%, no matter how long I plug it, even overnight, after 8 hours, I was expecting a 100% charge, but it was at 97%!!!! With all apps closed, WIFI and Bluetooth OFF

-I do the whole restoring process from NEW again. - NOTHING!! - It has been only 3 hours since i Umppluged it and now I have 33% and thats because I charge it on my car on my way to Work, about 30 minutes.

-6.1.2 its even worst that 6.1.1

What have you done Apple to this phone!! Each update brings new problem. Just enjoyed 'good' battery on 6.1 for few weeks and now it's a disaster, have never experienced this horrendous battery life before 45 minutes of usage battery drops from 100 to 85!! 1 hour-ish standby. Even on standby it drops very fast. Phone warms too when not used. What is happening?!?

I never had a problem with my battery until I upgraded to 6.1.2. I noticed the first day that the battery seemed at a lower percentage than normal after a day but didint think anything about it till last night. My battery was fullly charged yesterday morning, I played a couple of games, and did some internet surfing. About 10pm last night, I got a 20% battery warning. This surprised me, because I never got that warning unless I had gone over a day without charging my phone. I immediately turned every app off, however, I could literally see the battery going down. In about a 10 minute period, doing nothing but holding the phone, the battery went from 19% to 16%. I'm restoring my phone to see if that works, hopefully it will. Apple had no other suggestions when I went through the help section.

so did it fix the problem as I've noticed the same problem for last couple of days. I didn't think of it much yesterday but the same thing happened today, 3-4 hours after fully charged I get a 20% battery. I was thinking about calling the iphone support but am afraid of restarting and loosing all the data. Please suggest.
