Server Software?

I have a dual hard-drive Mac i7 Mini-Server and actually haven't yet tried to install it as a server, which I would now like to achieve. On my second H/D, I don't see any Lion software or files relating to the Server. Should I have such software, and if so, where would I find it? Sorry of this sounds rather vague but I'm in unchartered waters with Servers. Thank you.

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

If you ordered it as a Mac Mini Server then Mac OS X Server should already be installed.

To the untrained eye, Mac OS X Server looks exactly like Mac OS X (client), so it may not be obvious that you already have Mac OS X Server installed. The key is to look in the /Applications directory for the Server directory and its associated applications.
