my IPAD 2 is not start up even could n't charge,

My IPAD 2 's battery was eneded so plugged in for charging but seems to be its not charging also there are some messages on the screen :

[FTL:MSG] Apple NAND Driver(AND) RW

[FTL:MSG] BUF_Init [ok]

[ftl:msg] fPART iNIT [OK]

Can any one guide me on the above how can I fix this ?? I am from bangladesh & we do not have apple store here...
