Hey, i am unable to find the facetime option in my setting? Any solution please??

i m gtng tensed day by day..My Iphone 5s is not showing facetime icon on screen

FaceTime is prohibited in certain countries; such as UAE.

If you do not see the Facetime icon after iMessages in the Settings section and you are not in a country that doesn't permit Facetime:

1. Select Settings > General > Restrictions.

2. Enter the Restrictions passcode. If you didn’t set the passcode, ask anybody who had access to the device if they set one or enter one if this is a first time user. The Restrictions passcode can be different from the security passcode.

3. Set the Facetime restriction to ON(the circle will be green)

Where was the iPhone purchased?

Some Middle eastern countries do not allow Facetime and such it is by government mandate removed form any and all Apple devices sold there.

It can never be installed on such devices.

I'm hoping that after almost two years, the OP has figured out what was going on.

LOL, I agree. I put this in for others that are currently having the same issue like myself that didn't have the Facetime restriction allowed.
