Feb 20, 2013 1:28 PM in response to stephsommersby mende1,Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
That's because Keynote and Pages are hidden in your account. First, see > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4236
If it doesn't work, unhide Numbers and Pages > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4928 Then, you will be able to install them without any problem

Feb 20, 2013 1:39 PM in response to mende1by stephsommers,None of these worked for me. I looked on the privacy tab and there was nothing there. No HD, nothing. And then I went to my account information on the app store, and there was nothing there about something being hidden. It shows: Apple ID, billing address, payment info, country, nickname, and reset warnings. Nothing about hide/unhide like the link suggests. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help so far!

Feb 21, 2013 1:47 AM in response to mende1by HACKINT0SH,I really don't understand what iCloud support has to do with him missing Pages & Numbers?
It's more likely he purchased these from AoS instead of the App Store.
He may want to check with iTS first, to confirm if this was by cash or redemption codes from AoS.
