My son purchases Mircrosoft Word apps trying to get the Word software on his iPad. He purchased three different apps only to find out that they were not the software need to do word processing on the iPad. Is there anyway to get a credit for these apps can you please direct me.

A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you.
Microsoft does not offer Word for iOS devices by the way, but there are other apps that are compatible with Word documents that your son could get. If this is of interest, post back and we can suggest a few.
