Yes. If your computer meets the system requirements you can sync it with your iCloud account (requires Outlook 2007 or higher and Vista SP2 or higher on a PC, and OS X 10.7.2. or higher on a Mac): see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/. Or, you can download your calendar and import it to your computer as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4910.
