One way sync help?

Hi I have an iPad and I phone that are fully synced, that I want to use a master set up. Is it possible to have other iPads ( businesses) syncing with the master set up but only one way? I don't want all the information from the master going to the business iPads. I would like this to work for calendars, pages, numbers etc?

Please help.
