ipod nano 3g not syncing to itunes properly

my ipod nano 3g used to sync to iunes perfectly fine, but then i plugged it in to download mor songs and it

is taking FOREVER to download anything, forever meaning like 3 days to download 2 songs. I really need help

with this URGENTLY because i already removed my songs to re download them, so nothing is on my ipod!!!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
