I've scanned in a 5x7 of my son's current school photo and I'd like to resize it to 3x5 in order to make sheets to cut and distribute to family members. I'm using iphoto 6 on a 1st gen mini; i'm running 10.5.8 and my scanner is part of the HP Photosmart 300 pkg. Anyone know how to do this?
(no, school photos aren't supposed to scan - but they do; and yes, I am cheap!)

You can't do it with iPhoto 6. You'll need to use a 3rd party editor or application like the free Econ Technologies - Portraits & Prints - Overview. Then create an 8.5 x 11 template and put as many 3x5 images on the page for printing. Or a smaller size if you want more photos per page.

thank you; my roommate is a bit more savvy than i am with the photo apps and i gladly gave it over to him so so that I didn't drive myself bonkers trying to find what i was sure was right in front of my face. and thanks for the link to Econ - I won't likely have the same roommate forever.
