Latest itunes update corrupted my itunes! Tried to download itunes and computer won't accept it!!

After update, installed, I tried going into itunes and it was corrupt and stated to download itunes again.

What's the precise text of the message you get when you try to launch iTunes, please?

I also have this issue i am extreamly upset!

It states; Error, "this copy of itunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please re-install itunes." Further more I have tried to download and repair it many times the option for repair throws you to complete uninstal.

My previous version of iTunes was working fine! Then, I attempted to download the latest version now 3 times with it failing each time. I got the corruption error message one time and it hung up two times. Now I have no iTunes! This is the first time that I have ever had a serious download problem. Something must be wrong with the Apple software.

I have a similar issue: Win 7 machine and iTunes worked fine until the last update yesterday. Tried multiple reinstalls and finally I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall, but still got erroer message "MSVCR80.d11 missing" and "error 7 reinstall windows error 126"; then tried to repair - got a fatal error. Can't anyone help?

My error messages are "MSVCR80.d11 missing" and "Error 7 reinstall; Windows error 126" I can't repair because I get a "fatal error" message when I try.
