outlook error 108

outlook error 108

I've updated my OS9 to 9.2.2 since I can't send anymore mail from my outlook 5.0.6. But I can receive them.

The error -108 appears talking about memory problem which doesn't seems to be.

Anyhow Ive increased the outlook memory about 20000ko but it doesn't change the problem

Anybody can help me?

HI Elsa
Error -108 is due to Ran out of memory (not enough room in heap zone).

So I thintk you have to empty your old messages in the Outlook, sended and received and try again.

Thanks, I've tried. I've increased the memory and cleaned the old messages, but apparently this is nothing to do with the memory even if this error message is saying it.I think the problem is due to a conflict with OS 2.2.2 and outlook 5.0.6.
I don't know what to do.

Try compacting the OE database. To do this, depress the Option key when you double click OE to open. Follow the on-screen instructions. In OE, when you delete messages, OE retains the file space until you compact the database.
