I have been trying to update my Verizon 4s to 6.1.1 and it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet and I have a strong connection! Anyone else having this issue?
Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

How are you updating? via settings on the phone itself? or through itunes on your computer?
More info is always helpful.
It wasn't through APS or iTunes, it was through Settings.
I re-booted the phone and I was able to connect. It did update.

When you rebooted do you mean you did a reset by holding down the on/off button and the button at the base of the phone at the same time? Sorry, can't remember the correct term for it. Thanks

No just turned it off then on. Not a reset. Probably had too many things open at one time now that I think about it.
