why does audio dissapers from my movie(Logic bounce) when i upload it on net?

I have movie(with sound) and audio open both in my logic.When i bounce i open with quick time and it work perfectly(on my computer).If I upload the bounce on internet the audio file misteriously dissapears and all i see is just a movie!?/Why does that happens?
