iPad 6.1.2 Upgrade Error, then Failed Restore

When upgrading my iPad to 6.1.2 I received an error, then my iPad went into recovery mode. When trying to recover, I received a "-1" error during the firmware portion of the restore. I have tried restoring on both my PC and Macbook but keep getting the same error.
