Hi, I purchased the movie the Muppets and I had a credit on my iTunes account but the full amount of 24.99 went onto my VISA?? Please let me know why this happened and credit back my VISA please. I also would like a copy of the amounts on my account that shows in detail the iTunes gift cards minus the purchases so I can see where the funds have gone?? I still have a Credit of 39.00 on my iTunes account.
