iphone film via FCP into FLV

A custumer gave me a little film,

that he shot with his iphone.

(.mov, H.264, 1920x1080, datarate: 21,39Mbits/s)

and asked me to give him back a little strip of it

(800x95) so he can integrate it on his website.

I tried mainly two ways to get to .flv:

A) convert the video into ProRes, than into FCP, export as H.264, than through icoolsoft to .flv -> got just a black film

B) as a H.264 into FCP export as such, through icoolsoft to .flv -> pixely

I also tried to first produce a 1600x190 strip, but with nearly the same result:

If it comes out of FCP it looks fine, but as soon as I convert the video to FLV (via icoolsoft)

the video gets very pixelated.

Other Programms to convert into .flc - like xilisoft - do not allow this weird format,

so I did stick to icoolsoft.

Does anyone have an idea ... ?
