My iPhone 3 is disabled and locked I have a IMEI number but can not turn off phone? And I have tried to hold button at front and top for ten seconds etc? Nothing works
Can anyone help please

Pressing the power button generally is what will turn a device off.
Pressing the power and home button, as you described, will only do a reset of the device.
Is the device not responding at all?
