It's been just a month or so that I bought my iPhone. I'm really disappointed with the black/purple spots I see whenever I open the Camera app.


I'm from the Philippines and I think it will take months just to service my phone. I find it really annoying that having this defect, it's like buying a defective product. Apple please solve this issue or at least hasten hardware servicing here in the Phil.


I've read discussion similar to my case and luckily for them, Apple Genius Bars are closeby. With the same issue, there phones were just swapped with new ones. I hope I could get the same treatment here in our country. We are buying the same product but not getting the same services!


I'm a Globe (carrier) subscriber and please assure me that they'll resolve my issue the way Apple does it.
