(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Yes, I'm aware of that. But on occasion, even though it isn't listed in the document as a symptom, 3212s seem to be a possible symptom of LSP issues. Hence the suggestion.
If no joy on the LSP front, check for security software issues too. (It's a traditional cause of error message numbers in the 3000 range, although it seems to be a rarer cause of the 3212 than it used to be.)
