iCloud & iTunes Match video file uploads
Can I upload movie/tv shows NOT purchased from iTunes to iCloud the same as music & have it available on all devices? If so, how?

At the moment no, for films and TV shows it will only show those that you purchased from Apple (and which are still in the store and can be re-downloaded).
