I had bought an app temple run brave 55 rupees n that purchase was successful n now when i download any free app itunes show give ur account information to clear ur remaining dues. I cant download any app. Plz help

hey ralph landry1 , i have again debited 55 rupees again for that temple run app. two times for that single app. i m nt understanding what is happening, how can i refund the money plz help. if this happen in future what can i do.....?
