Q: My ipod touch is literally unresponsive to everything.

For the last couple of days, my ipod touch has not been able to turn on, meaning the screen has been constantly blank. The ipod will also not connect to itnues when connected with an Ipod usb cable to the computer. I have tried holding the sleep and home button at the same time for ten second numerous times, with no success. Is there any other possible solutions? Or am I going to have to send the ipod off for repair?
