PROBLEMS ON BUTTONS FROM IPOD NANO (6th GENERATION)/ PROBLEMAS COM BOTÃO DO IPOD NANO/ PROBLEMAS COM BOTÃO IPOD NANO

My IPOD nano was replaced during the one year warranty because of problems on the volume button (it stopped working). Since the new one came without a box, probably I received a refurbished one.

Four months later and the home button from the “new” IPOD is not working anymore! The store says that the value warranty starts with the first IPOD bought.

As I can check on many communities, IPOD nano have hardware problems! Many of their buttons stop working after some time using it! Do you have the similar problem with your IPOD?

Also, I would like to have information from apple about how they can either fix my IPOD or replace it.

PROBLEMAS COM BOTÃO IPOD NANO

Meu iPod nano foi substituído durante o ano de garantia por causa de problemas no botão de volume (ele parou de funcionar). O IPOD que substituíram após quase 2 meses veio sem uma caixa, indicando que provavelmente eu recebi um aparelho recondicionado.

Quatro meses depois o botão principal do “novo” iPod parou de funcionar! A loja diz que a garantia de 1 ano é válida com o primeiro iPod comprado.

Como posso verificar em muitas comunidades, o iPod nano tem problemas de hardware! Muitos de seus botões param de funcionar após algum tempo de uso! Você teve problemas similares com seu IPOD?

E ainda, eu gostaria de ter informações da APPLE sobre como eles podem consertar meu iPod ou substitui-lo.
