personal hotspot

hi I am a big apple fan in TAIWAN.

recently I bought a iphone 5 from local telecom and I apply 7-mobile as my telecom.

however recently 7-mobile is a small telecom company, it's fine to use 3G,

the problem is 7-mobile required user to change APN from internet to opentalk to get 3G,

therefore, it made personal hotspot can't be used to share,

I had already called the 7-mobile customer service and they replied

it's apple's problem only allowed three "big" telecom.(Chunghwa, Far Easone, and Taiwan mobile)

whether apple's engineer can solve this problem for me and also every 7-mobile users with iphone?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2

7-Mobile is not a supported carrier for the iPhone, so there is nothing Apple will do about this until such time as 7-Mobile becomes an official carrier, should that ever happen. With unsupported carriers it's not uncommon to find that not all features of the iPhone work.

This is something you will have to work out with 7-Mobile, and if they cannot help you, you will either need to move to one of the three supported carriers in Taiwan or live without Personal Hotspot.
