Anyone else having issues with their iPhone 4S after updates?

Anyone else having problems with their devices after they updated to iOS 6.1? My iPad and iPhone are soo slow I can't even load a full page on Safari. I end up refreshing 5-10 times before a page will partially load. I'm soo frustrated! I've called Apple support twice but it hasn't helped.
