Feb 21 2013 i have 4 apps updates on iphone 4 and 1 on ipad2 but can't

Feb 21 2013 i have 4 apps updates on iphone 4 and 1 on ipad2 and while i can access purchases and store the updates WON'T come up you get a blank screen and no response??????

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2
