Have HP 1102w, listed as ok for iPAD...how can I print ? It shows no printer found

Have HP 1102w printer. It is listed as ok for my iPAD , how can I print? When requested it shows no printer found....

iPad, iOS 6.1.2

The 1102 generally requires a firmware update in order to get AirPrint support. You can find that on the HP web site.

To expand a little on rbi's comment.

Make sure printer is on the same wifi network as the pad. And that the printer is seeing the web. A good way to check that is to update the firmware from the printer's console.

Then try again. You may need to reboot the printer, router and pad.
