Did all this and a restore . Still greyed out no wifi or Bluetooth any suggestions?
Any ideas on how to correct ct. This?

If you Restored the iPhone with iTunes on your computer, and there is still no WiFi or Bluetooth, this is hardware error. If there is Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution.
