Q: can't load any email in the last 60 min

Same issues here in LA 11:37 am PST, 2_21_13. Mail loads slowly, if at all, but content cannot be viewed.

Gmail through the Mail app loads without issue. It's just something to be patient for I suppose now that I know it's an outage.

Unblock Java, perform the test, block Java when finished.

Without the full test I have no comment except that your upload is extremely slow, but you could have high package loss and high jitter which is more important than just speeds.

I appreciate your offer of assistance Csound but I know why my upload is slow (since I'm currently remoting to other workstations elsewhere). I'm fine with being patient as I know it isn't just me... unless you're an apple rep. In which case I'd be willing.

Without sufficient information regarding the stability of your connection I can only guess, and I don't guess.

Try a ping to the iCloud servers, see if they respond to you.

That's a pretty clean line, but your upload speed is still slow. You may be in remote sessions but all you are sending is keystrokes, a few bytes each, this has a negligible affect on your upload bandwidth.

Jeff same issues for me and I am a Hoosier also.

Are jeff and you closely located in Indiana?

Upload is normal for my provider. It's never been very fast.

What happens when you ping the servers, can you ping the servers?

My email will not load on my laptop or iphone... Takes forever even if it does come up... Been going on for hours
