I am trying to update the lateste software 6.1.2 for my iPhone 4S and it appears to be stuck in updating the firmware. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and can't get it to keep going or close out to restart. Any suggestions?

Reboot computer. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes.
