Q: My iPhone cannot access the "Updates", neither can my pc.

The iPhone shows a white screen. The pc shows a "accessing iTunes store" I have only tried restarting both devices

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1, 6.1 (10B143)

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
