Q: iTunes Album Art

My Suggestion:

+ To improve the Apple Support Page, please create an option for people to email support; if necessary, create a department that Specializes in Troubleshooting via Email.

Specs:

1) I have iTunes 11.x on my Windows 8 laptop.

Troubleshooting:

2a) I made a sung using Audacity.

2b) I drew a picture using the Paint application.

Question:

3) Is there a way, or a program that will allow me to attach that picture as the album art of the song I created?
