Problem with TV Episodes not downloading and can't retrieve in the store.

I purchased a full season of a TV show. Episodes 10, 11 & 12 did not download to my computer. When I go into the store, it shows that I purchased the entire season, but it doesn't allow me to download the episodes. It will only let me purchase it! I have episodes 1-9 and 13-14 downloaded on my computer, but if I go into the store, it doesn't show that I've downloaded 1-9, only 13-14. In the store, episodes 1-12 just show up and allow me to purchase them. What is this nonsense? HELP!
