Upgraded iTunes and now cannot sign in

Upgraded iTunes 64-bit for Windows on my Windows 8 64-bit desktop pc and the software will not let me sign in. Only error it says is "Unkown error".

I am able to sign in on the web fine with my Apple ID, but not the new iTunes 11.02.26 64 bit software.


Please help,
