iPod nano 4th gen does not respond though appears to be awake. It has been reset several times.

It resets to the "language" page and will go no farther. Appears to wake and will reset to the Apple icon, but that's as far as it goes. No, I'm not touching the clickwheel when waking it up. Have taken it in for service and it appeared to work in the tech's hands. I'm doing SOMETHING wrong. It is fully charged and has been recently synched. Initially it was playing as if in shuffle mode, and would sporadically stop without provocation. So I decided to synch it, and that's when it froze up. It's been cleared totally and then re-synched.
