Alerts

I have Macbook pro, IPAD and IPHONE5. I want to keep Macbook pro as the centralised main computer and want to use these all devices to the maximum. I want to edit address book, calender, reminder and the same to me reflected in iphone and ipad simultaneously meaning to say i do not want to change things in each device each time. I also want icalender to send email to my gmail account for all events, i do not want to go to each event and change the alert option, only one setting which will send icalender events to email address.
